Wash and Fold FAQ

We sort routine laundry by lights and darks, then wash, dry, and fold each order with care before returning it ready to put away.

We offer Power Pax detergent options in Lavender, Fresh Linen, Free and Clear, and Citrus for athletic wear at no extra charge. Tide is also available for a $3 upcharge per order.

Yes. Spot treatment is included at no extra charge, although stain removal cannot be guaranteed.

Yes. The first four hangers are free. After that, hangers are $0.50 each or four for $1.

Yes. Customers can add instructions in their order notes. If a request cannot be completed, we will let you know.

Any refund consideration is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your case in writing to info@bigbubblelaundrytx.com. 

Please also note we are not responsible for any damages or losses to your laundry before pickup or after delivery.

Pickup and Delivery FAQ

Service is available Monday through Saturday during the 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. windows.

Create an account, choose your pickup and delivery dates and time windows, select your service frequency, add any preferences or special instructions, and submit your order online.

Place your laundry in a bag and leave it out on your scheduled pickup day. Be sure to include notes in your order if you have preferences for detergent, hanging, or special handling.

Add them through the Preferences and Special Instructions fields when placing your order online.

Typical turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. If you need laundry back sooner or outside the usual timeframe, call to check availability.

No you do not but you do need to let us know either by mentioning it in your special instructions (applied to one order) or preferences (applied to all orders).

No there is not. You can cancel at any time. 

Your credit card will be charged when your laundry order is completed. 

We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure trash bag that can be cinched closed. 

You can suspend your service until you return. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return. 

Pricing FAQ

Recurring orders are $2.25 per pound, and one-time or occasional orders are $2.35 per pound. A $40 minimum order applies.

Bulky items such as blankets, comforters, and dog beds are charged at flat rates based on the item type and size.

Yes. The minimum order is $40.

Most listed detergent choices are included. Tide is available as a $3 upcharge per order.

Yes. If you have more laundry than fits comfortably in one bag, include everything you need cleaned in your order. Routine laundry is priced by weight, so larger orders can still be processed as long as the minimum is met.
